It is an apparent danger in the existence of the modern man that abstraction is substituted for reality.

On the basis of historical methods, the article presents the potentials and strengths of the Southeastern sea and islands, the process of coastal localities in this area developing marine economy to associate marine economic development with cultural development, human development, and implementation of democracy, progress and social justice satisfactorily solving social problems, improving peoples material and spiritual life, protecting environmental landscape, ensuring the requirements of sustainable development. Besides, the article analyzes and assesses the economic transformation of the Southeastern sea and summarizes some lessons learned.

One of the major philosophical schools that advocates for rule of law, is the combination of "laws", "his position of power" and " certain techniques" in Spring Autumn and Warring States period, that is the Legalism. In which "law" is the content of policies and ordinances governing; "certain techniques" is the strategic basis for carrying out the rule of law, including methods and tricks of appointment, dismissal, supervision, examination, penalty, "his position of power" is the guarantee and enhancement of the position and power of the feudal rule of law. Legalism was the voice representing the newly emerging landlord’saristocracy, fighting to eradicate the remnants of the old regime, establishing the central feudalism in China in 221BC.

People who are seemingly fashionable or are considered fashionable by members of the community exert pressure on others--a pressure to follow, pressure to keep up or pressure to agree to the standards set by the supposedly fashionable as the bar for things fashionable. In recent times public discourse has looked at the immense pressure fashion has exerted on women in any given society. Be it things as banal as clothes and cosmetics or complex issues such as political ideologies espoused by one; everything in contemporary times is weighed by the fashionably endowed. Many wear their fashion sense as a badge of pride and achievement, much to the discomfort and dismay of those who think and behave otherwise; and no more is this awkwardness as obvious as it is amongst women. Media platforms add to the general sense of the divide among women in society by taking a decided stance in favour of the fashionable women, increasing the angst and anxiety of those women who aren’t. Do fashion magazines add to women’s confusion when it comes to issues of fashion or do fashion magazines help in allaying their fears? Some of these issues will be explored in the present paper.

This study investigated whether street names could evoke the inhabitants’ cultural memory and identity in Nanchang, China. In total, 446 participants were surveyed online to answer 16 questions regarding their attitude of the street names with various cultural contents. The result showed although in various degrees, street names did evoke the inhabitants’ cultural memory and identity. By and large, the agreement proportion of street names after figures, events, and religious sites or buildings was relatively higher than that of ancient buildings, historical allusions, and ancient myths. It is argued that this variation mainly relied on the respondents’ familiarity with the cultural background. It is also suggested to consider how to enrich such cultural knowledge to keep more effective function of street names on cultural memory and identity.

The economic situation that is increasingly not conducive due to the Covid-19 pandemic must be addressed by the affected business actors. Belitung Regency is a Special Economic Zone (KEK) for Tourism, which is currently developing in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. In the development of SEZs, the role of tourism business actors is very important in meeting the needs of tourists, with various creativities and innovations from these business actors. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, the number of respondents was 100 business actors through distributing questionnaires and direct interviews to tourism business actors. The present study explores the role of poetry in the above domain and demonstrates its ability in bypassing intellectual rigidity, idleness and the robotizing of the students that afflicted educational systems all over the world. It highlights that poetry is a double edged sword in establishing a strong linguistic foundation, and its brevity appropriates peoples occupations as far as intensity and abundance of meaning are concerned. The study also shows the role of poetry in deepening thinking and transforming it from extrinsic to intrinsic as well as promoting the standard of language in students concerning structure and vocabulary. In addition, texts of different themes indicate that the emotional interaction with poetry can repel monotony and consolidate interest and intensification. Moreover, the accompanying sense of enjoyment is not yet complete and satisfactory unless the covenant is consolidated by a sufficient teacher. Therefore, the present study describes the successful teacher intended to teach poetry and the way with which he tackles this activity.

Nursing and nursing education have been surrounded by discussions of shortages for many years. The United States lacks qualified nurses to care for its aging and increasing acutely ill population. The lack of qualified nurses stems back to several issues, at the forefront, a lack of qualified nurse educators. Due to the demand for skilled and competent nursing faculty, schools of nursing have been utilizing bedside nurses to teach in the clinical setting. While many are experienced bedside nurses, they may not be formally prepared to teach students. Clinical adjunct nursing faculty are also unique because they may never step foot on a college or school of nursing campus, teaching exclusively at the clinical site. This can lead to feelings of stress and lack of support from the other faculty members. It may also make it difficult to help prepare and guide clinical adjunct faculty as they teach and encounter educational issues without proper training. Mentoring is routinely cited as valuable to new faculty transitioning to the education role. The purpose of this study was to explore a new trend in mentoring, virtual mentoring, and determine if it is of value to clinical adjunct nursing faculty. Guided by a basic qualitative research design, eleven clinical adjunct faculty who have experienced virtual mentoring were interviewed in order to gather their perspective of the process and formulate interventions that may enhance the virtual mentoring process for this faculty population.
